Product Updates [October 2024]
We launched several updates to the platform in October that will improve the overall experience for administrators and employees.
Faster Load Time on Shift Trade Window
When making a shift trade, the popup window loading time needed to be sped up. Our developers worked on a fix to get this to load much faster. We reduced the total amount of shifts loaded into the window, with ‘Load More’ buttons added if more dates need to be displayed in the past and future. This optimizes the time it takes to pull information from the server and display it in the browser.
Shift trades will be faster for you and your agency!
Changed Duplicate Naming Convention in Open Shifts Settings
There were two nearly identical settings under My Settings > Employee Notifications, labeled “Open Shift Available” and “Open Shifts Available”. This was changed to just the singular “Open Shift Available”, which will be applied whether the shift is a single shift or a group of shifts.
This will help provide clarity when editing your personal settings.
Automatic Cancelling of Unfilled Open Shifts After Date Passes
Any open shifts that go unfilled past the scheduled date of the shift will automatically disappear. Notifications will NOT be sent out to employees (to prevent unnecessary emails in everyone’s inbox). This will keep your Approve Requests tab clean and tidy!
Let us know if you have any feedback on these features!
