April and May have seen great progress in Hero Schedule development, especially with new features. Here’s a quick update:

      Custom Color & Style

With Hero Schedule, you can now add custom styling to your Employee, Calendar, and Activity Schedule Views. You can use a combination of styles, including: background color, font color, and text size.

      Overtime Request Notes Display

We’ve added the notes for overtime request to the Day View:

      Shift Bidding Improvements

We’ve improved a few items within the Shift Bidding feature, including:

      1. Improvements to the mobile user experience on the shift bidding screen
      2. Option to download the shift bidding results into a spreadsheet
      3. Adding Bid Groups into employee shift bidding page

The Shift Bidding feature is included in Hero Schedule for no extra cost. If you agency bids for shifts, let us know if you would like to set up a quick meeting on how to set this up.
