Add a header to begin generating the table of contents

Over the summer, our team has worked hard to roll out more updates to the platform. User feedback is a key driver of ongoing feature development. For example, a frequent user request has been to view the Main Schedule View as a calendar…and we made it happen! This feature was deployed in August for all users.

Below are the updates we’ve made the last month.

      Monthly Calendar View

There is another option for available for users to select to view the Main Schedule View, called Calendar. This will display everyone into a month or week view using the traditional calendar view. Click on the Gear icon, select Calendar. Remember that you are able to select which groups you want to see. All the names are clickable, just like on the other views.

      Printable employee calendar

The previously mentioned Monthly Calendar View can be helpful if an employee wants to print off their month’s schedule for their spouse. They can even select “Only Me” in the drop-down menu. Once you have the view you want to print, press Control + P to print, adjust the settings like scale, landscape, etc. to make it fit and Print!

Ability to set default view to Employee, Calendar or Activity

By default, the Main Schedule View is set to Employee view. We can switch your whole agency to the Calendar view or Activity view as the default. Just let our development team know.

Groups instead of Departments on time cards

On the Time Card, supervisors are able to sort by Groups instead of the old “Departments” method. We are moving away from using Departments towards the Groups method.

Added ‘View Group’ column to pay period closing spreadsheet

When you close a pay period, the spreadsheet will have a column for the employee’s group(shift) so you can easily sort the employees into their groups.

It’s been a great summer and we are excited to see what the fall season brings. Reach out with any questions or comments at all.
