      Add a header to begin generating the table of contents

      We’ve made several updates to Hero Schedule to make it easier and more efficient. Here’s a quick overview:

      “Blackout Days” renamed to “Special Days”

      We’ve renamed “Blackout Days” to “Special Days” to better reflect how it’s used. Special days are now clearly marked in the schedule view.

      Time Card Improvements

      Time cards are now cleaner and easier to read. You can now see notes from overtime and time off requests on the time card.

      Overtime & Time Off Updates

      Overtime calculations are now more accurate. Admins can now customize overtime callback codes. Making time off requests is now faster.

      Schedule View Enhancements

      Shift trade icons are easier to see. You can choose to always see full shift times.

      Bug Fixes

      We’ve fixed several issues, including problems with copying schedules, approving time off, and displaying overtime requests.
