      Add a header to begin generating the table of contents

      Shift bidding has been one of the most requested features from our customer base. The Hero Schedule development team has been working hard the last few weeks to roll out this update for all users in the latest version!

      This feature allows you to put out a future schedule for employees to bid on. Bidding is done by seniority or a manually selected order.

      Users can create a new schedule or copy last year’s schedule

      You can use last year’s settings, or create a brand new schedule.

      Create shift spots, set up shift patterns, set a bidding order (seniority or manually sort), apply a time limit, and start the bidding!

      Supervisors can manage the bidding process in real time.

      As this year draws to a close, we’ve seen solid growth in our user base and have poured more resources into upgrading the platform. We have big aspirations for 2024.
