Jason, co-founder and Product Development Director of Hero Schedule, spearheads software development. He guides the creation of new features and enhancements to core components, striving for an easy and streamlined user experience throughout Hero Schedule.

With over 25 years in professional software development and architecture across a wide variety of industries using many technologies, Jason's portfolio shows a successful track record of projects for many institutions and businesses.

Jason and co-founder Eric Wiinanen designed employee shift scheduling software from scratch to fulfill a need for the West Fargo Police Department in the early 2000's. Hero Schedule is a heavily updated and modernized update to that original vision to provide the premier scheduling experience for public service agencies across the United States.
